PURPOSE: An apparatus for crushing, pressing, dehydrating and drying garbage is provided which is easily assembled into sink, minimizes noise and vibration of motor composing a driving part, maximizes crushing, pressing, dehydrating and drying efficiencies and prevents release of malodor of the garbage during drying. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized in that an upper fixing pipe(11) and a lower fixing pipe(12) are fixed to an upper casing(2a) composing casing(2) with a packing(13) being interposed between the upper fixing pipe and the lower fixing pipe; several locking protrusions(12b) formed on the outer circumferential part of the lower fixing pipe are inserted into locking protrusions(14a) formed on the inner circumferential part of a fixed pipe(14) connected to an upper part of the upper casing so that the locking protrusions(12b) is rotationally connected to the locking protrusions(14a); an one directional expansion and contraction cap(15) capable of being opened to the lower side only is interposed between the lower fixing pipe and the fixed pipe; several locking protrusions(14b) formed on the lower inner circumferential part of the fixed pipe are inserted into locking protrusions(17) formed on the upper outer circumferential part of the upper casing so that the locking protrusions(14b) are rotationally connected to the locking protrusions(17); an overflow connection pipe part(18) is formed at one side of the upper casing; a male screw(20) formed on a lower part of the upper casing is connected to a female screw(19) formed on a separate fixed pipe(23) connected to a lower casing(2b); a discharge way(25) is formed at one side of a crushing part(5), and a plural fixing elements(26) are formed on the inner circumferential part of the crushing part; a rotation plate(28) to which a crushing hammer(29) is fixed is axially fixed onto a driving shaft(21a) of motor(21) on a driving part; a compression screw(30) is axially installed inside a filtering net(34) in a pressing and dehydrating part; a collecting box(37) is inserted into a dry casing(36), and a blowing fan(39) is installed at an upper lid(38) in a drying part(10); and a heater(43) is installed at a lower part of the blowing fan to heat air flown in. |
