INSERT MOLDING METHOD FOR PCB OF VIBRATION SPEAKER AND STRUCTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An insert molding method for PCB(Printed Circuit Board) of a vibration speaker and a structure thereof are provided to simplify an insert molding process by providing a structure forming a plurality of PCBs one side of a belt frame with one body. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of PCBs(15) is formed in a predetermined interval at one side of a belt frame(10) having position decision holes. The position decision holes of the belt frame are inserted into position decision pins of a molding frame in order to load simultaneously the PCBs(15) into a predetermined position within a plurality of cavities of the molding frame. An insert molding process for a case(20) is performed within each cavity in order to mount the PCBs(15). The PCBs(15) are cut by the belt frame(10). The case(20) is formed by cutting the PCBs(15).
