PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the energy shortage by retrieving the nearest supplying facility if runnable to the next but one energy supplying facility on a route, instructing for supplying there if it is the same as the next supplying facility, but if different, searching and indicating a route to the nearest facility and instructing for supplying there. SOLUTION: A target retriever 11 detects the next but one gasoline stand and the next gasoline stand, a controller 10 obtains the distance to the next but one gasoline stand and compares with a remaining runnable distance obtd. by a remaining runnable distance calculator 16. If impossible to run till the next but one gasoline stand without supplying the gasoline, the target retriever 11 retrieves the nearest gasoline stand and checks if its position coincides with the next gasoline stand. If not coinciding, the controller 10 notifies to refuel at the nearest gasoline stand through a monitor 33 and sound output unit 38, but if coinciding, notifies to refuel at the next but one gasoline stand through the monitor 33 and sound output unit 38. |
