PURPOSE: A wireless LAN is provided to control a wireless LAN card including two groups of physical circuits by a CPU, and to simultaneously use two groups of wireless LAN standards in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN card(10) has a bus IF(11) for accessing a bus of a computer, and is connected to a CPU(12) for concentrically controlling the wireless LAN card(10). The CPU(12) is connected to an inner bus(13) coupled with an RAM(14) and an ROM(15). The CPU(12) performs a predetermined operation by using a memory area of the RAM(14) based on firmware or data stored in the ROM(15). Two groups of physical circuits(20) are connected to the bus(13). Each of the physical circuits(20) consists of an MAC circuit(21), a BBP(Base Band Processor) circuit(22), and an RF circuit(23).
