PURPOSE: An automatic-book page turning device is provided to help hand-disabled persons by simply pushing a push-panel or pressing a spring supporter behind the push-panel with thumb and a forefinger. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a small push-panel(11) similar to a button and a spring type supporter(12), and a lifting hand(17) having a page-pressing portion with hollow space and a vacuum pin(18) with vacuum-inhalation principle. The device has a simple structure but requires accuracy for movement without conflict between respective parts. When pressing the page of book and pulling the vacuum pin(18), the page of book is raised by vacuum-inhalation principle. While, on typical condition of reading the book, the device serves to press and fix the page not to be turned. |
