PURPOSE: Fastening structure of a glove box is provided to remove unidirectional transfer of rods, in opening a glove box door and to make common use of parts by forming rotators in the same shape. CONSTITUTION: A fastening device of a glove box comprises a knob(10) arranged between an inner panel(110) and an outer panel of a glove box door; a first rod(40) transferred while contacting with the knob; a first rotator(20) combined with the end portion of the first rod and rotated; a second rotator(30) operated according to the rotation of the first rotator; and a second rod(50) combined with the second rotator. The knob is formed with a sliding part(13) having a slant face on a side. The first rod is formed with a projection part(43) on a side contacting with the sliding part and a first combining part at the end. The first rotator is formed with a first combining projection to the lower end, to be combined with the first combining part, a first spring-combining part to the upper end, a hinge hole in the middle part, and a first slide projection part to the right end of the hinge hole. The second rotator is formed with a second slide-receiving part connected with the first slide projection part, a hinge hole in the middle part, a second spring-combining part to the upper end, and a second combining projection. The second rod is formed with a second combining part combined with the second combining projection. The first spring-combining part and the second spring-combining part are connected by a spring. A guide part(120) is formed inside the panels of the glove box door, to slide the first and second rods.
