PURPOSE: An integrated medical treatment card, and a system and an operating method thereof are provided to integrate a hospital card, a health insurance policy, a credit card, and a custom pharmacy card into one card, and process all hospital related businesses with the integrated medical treatment card. CONSTITUTION: A card reader(223) reads contents of the integrated medical treatment card and writes an ID of a custom pharmacy to the integrated medical treatment card. An electronic settlement server(90) performs electronic settlement by connecting to a financial company server(b10) based on the information read from the integrated medical treatment card. An insurance qualification inquiry server(80) automatically inquires the insurance qualification of a patient by connecting to an examination/evaluation center server(a10) based on the information read from the integrated medical treatment card. A custom pharmacy management server(c10) manages/updates the information of the custom pharmacy set by the patient based on the information read from the integrated medical treatment card.
