PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing an assembled and welded mold for molding a cement product, which uses an abrasive water jet to perform cutting so as to prevent the deformation and slag attachment, excludes a heat-treating step and reduces the space and time needed for working. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an assembled and welded mold formed of iron for molding a cement product comprises the step of cutting by a water jet and the steps of assembling and welding. Particularly, the mold is manufactured by using a steel having a wear resistance that needs no heat-treatment. Further, the method comprises the step of cutting by an abrasive water jet simultaneously with drilling, tapping and marking. |
