PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of obtaining a high cleaning sense and a cleaning force in a little flow rate and various cleaning senses according to user's taste or physical condition, and capable of easily and accurately controlling the flow rate of the washing water. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 11 is provided between a flow rate sensor 10 and a pump 13. Since the heat exchanger 11 is constituted of a meandering piping repeating curves, the washing water is hard to flow caused by a resistance in the meandering piping of the heat exchanger 11. The periodic pressure variation of the washing water generated by the motion of the pump 13 is buffered in the meandering piping of the heat exchanger 11. The periodic pressure variation is not transmitted to the flow rate sensor 10 in the further upstream side than the heat exchanger 11 to the pump 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
