PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and facilitate an installing work by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A louvre mounting opening 15 protrudes to a back side of a installment panel body 7 and connected to an air duct 21 to go through the installment panel body 7. A louvre mounting cylinder 19 having a perfect circled inner surface on which the louvre mounting opening 15 is formed is integrated with the installment panel body 7. A louvre case 25 having a perfect circled outer surface is rotatably fitted to the louvre mounting opening 15 of the louvre mounting cylinder 19 in a peripheral direction.
