PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling apparatus which can feed a liquid, a highly concentrated liquid in particular, with good quantitative property without inflow of foam and dripping of the liquid. SOLUTION: The liquid filling apparatus for feeding the liquid accepted in a cylinder 2 to a filling container is equipped with a three-way valve 10 for switching the putting the liquid in/out of the cylinder 2. A check valve 31 which opens by a pressure of the fed liquid is provided at an inlet 30 where the liquid fed out of the cylinder 2 is poured into the filling container. The three-way valve 10 is set at the intermediate position where an entrance of the liquid into the cylinder 2 and an outlet of the liquid in the cylinder 2 are both open in an early stage of a step of feeding the liquid in the cylinder 2 to the filling container. The liquid in the cylinder 2 is pushed up to a predetermined position, and bubbles or the like on the upper surface of the liquid are discharged.
