PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source device capable of heating, cooling, and supplying hot water by utilizing lake water heat. SOLUTION: Antifreezing fluid is circulated through an antifreezing fluid circulation pipe 3 between a heat pump 1 installed on the ground and a lake water heat exchanger 2 provided in lake water. Hot heat medium is circulated through a hot heat medium circulation pipe 5 between the heat pump 1 and a heating tank 4. Cold heat medium is circulated through a cold heat medium circulation pipe 7 between the heat pump 1 and a cooling tank 6. Hot water is circulated through a hot water circulation pipe 9 between the heat pump 1 and a hot-water supply tank 8. Heat exchange is performed among the antifreezing fluid sampling lake water heat by the lake water heat exchanger 2, the hot heat medium and the cold heat medium or hot water in the heat pump 1.
