PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an outer rotor type brushless motor by a simple process while keeping a function, performance and accuracy exhibited hitherto. SOLUTION: In a bearing holder (27) of the motor, a cylindrical body having at least two diameters (31, 32) and a flange (30) arranged at the end of the body so as to face an attraction magnet are each formed of a platy stator base (26) of a magnetic substance by press work such as drawing, and integrated to each other. Since the bearing holder (27) is formed of the stator base (26), different components are not necessary to be installed as the cylindrical body and an attraction plate, thus needing no bearing holder to be fixed to the stator base by means of caulking.
