PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray unit which is capable of spraying chemicals uniformly on the surface of a board material, such as a printed board or the like, so as to improve the processing/transferring speed of the printed boards of high density and subminiaturized wiring. SOLUTION: The printed board manufacturing spray unit sprays chemicals in two directions, an X direction and a Y direction, in a device for carrying out the treatment, and furthermore the unit is capable of freely adjusting its operation in two directions so as to minimize unevenness.
