PURPOSE: A multi-function headlight device for a vehicle is provided to increase usability of a headlight by functioning the headlight as a turn signal lamp and a tail lamp at the same time and to simplify the structure of the headlight. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function headlight device(1,2) for a vehicle is composed of a switch(3) having a spring(3a); a direction functioning unit(4) comprising an electromagnet(4a), a spring(4b), and a yellow color plate(4c) to operatively interlock with the switch; and a tail lamp functioning unit(5) adjacent to the direction functioning unit and comprising an electromagnet(5a), a spring(5b), and a blue color plate(5c). A direction indication unit(7) is electrically coupled to the switch. A speed meter(6) is electrically connected to the tail lamp functioning unit and embedded in the headlight. If the direction indication unit is broken down, the electromagnet of the direction functioning unit is turned on by the switch, the spring is extended, and the yellow color plate reciprocates vertically and flickers.
