摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection structure of a bus-bar capable of easily absorbing even dislocation occurring between terminals connected through the bus-bar, and restraining an increase in contact resistance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The bus-bar 12 is fixed by a fixing member 14. The fixing member 14 allows at least either of axial movement or movement in a rotating-around-shaft direction to absorb a dislocation amount (an error amount) even when the dislocation of an IPM terminal 18 to be connected or an error in the accuracy of the bas-bar 12 itself occurs. The mutual positional relation in connecting and fixing work between the bus-bar 12 and the IPM terminal 18 can be easily performed, thus realizing an optimum connection condition. Besides, the fixing member 14 wraps part of the bus-bar 12 and retains it, thus simplifying the structure of the bus-bar 12 without need for processing its end part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
