PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a payment without disclosing a purchaser's status by exchanging information between banks with which a purchaser and a seller individually have contracts.

SOLUTION: The purchaser and the seller individually have their own financial institutions, and information purchased is kept confidential by exchanging personal information only between financial institutions with which the purchaser and the seller individually have the contracts. The background of the purchaser is kept secret by exchanging settlement information among the financial institutions.
