<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat utilizing system for a water electrolysis equipment, which system is capable of putting the waste heat generated by the water electrolysis equipment to a state that the waste heat can be utilized at all times. <P>SOLUTION: The heat utilizing system for the water electrolysis equipment includes the water electrolysis equipment 21, a storage device 30 which stores the heat generated by the equipment 21 and equipment 25 which is connected to the storage device 30 and requires a heat source.
