PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can detect a difference by storing an image photographed in the past and comparing the past image with a present photographed image, which thereby realizes proper amusability and improves convenience and which has a highly added value. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes an image generating means for photographing the image to photographed image data, a storage means for storing the image data generated from the generating means, a difference detecting means for detecting a difference by comparing the data generated from the generating means with at least one of the image data already stored in the storage means, and a display means for displaying a difference detected result by the detecting means.
