PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance liquid chromatographic device and a protein analyzer using the same, having high separating performance and automatically performing the analysis of high accuracy. SOLUTION: This two-dimensional high performance liquid chromatographic device comprises a pre liquid supplying means 12 for supplying a fixed quantity of gradient eluent of 200μl/min or less, an automatic sampler 14 for guiding a sample and the gradient eluent to a liquid supply channel, and a pre separating part comprising a pre separation column 16. Further it comprises a desalting part performing the desalting treatment in a trap column 20, a post-separating part comprising a post-liquid supply means 22 for supplying the fixed quantity of gradient eluent of 100μl/min or less and a post-separation column 24, and a mass analyzing part 26 connected to the post-separating part. Further a control part 28 is mounted for controlling the introducing operation to the channel by the automatic sampler, the operation of the liquid supplying means, and the switching operation of the liquid supply channel.
