PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a damping adhesive having excellent adhesion and high damping properties in a wide temperature region and excellent heat aging resistance. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the damping adhesive comprises (A) 100 pts. mass of liquid isoprene having an acid anhydride group, (B) 1-4 pts. mass of an amine latent curing agent, (C) 0.5-5 pts. mass of an antioxidant and (D) 0.5-5 pts. mass of an acrylic compound.
