<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-open mouth plug of excellent appearance in which a spout is opened as soon as a cap is unscrewed, no dust is generated when the spout is opened, and the virginity can be checked. <P>SOLUTION: A spouting cylindrical part 120 is erected above an inner circumferential edge part of an annular pedestal part of a spout 100, a stepped recessed part 122 is formed in an inner circumferential surface of an upper end part of the spouting cylindrical part, and a sealing plate 130 is provided on an inner circumference of the spouting cylindrical part at a lower end of the stepped recessed part via an annular thin-walled fragile line 132. An annular engagement part 150 comprising an annular stay 151 having an engagement ring 152 on an outer circumferential surface of an upper end is erected from an upper surface of the sealing plate, and an annular engagement part 230 comprising an annular base plate 231 and an annular stay 232 having an engagement ring 233 on an inner circumference of a lower end is suspended from an inner side of an inner seal ring on a lower side of a top plate part of the cap 200. When the cap is rotated in the unscrewing direction, the annular engagement part of the cap is engaged with the annular engagement part of the spout, the annular thin-walled fragile line is broken by the rotation and the elevating force of the cap, and the sealing plate is detached from the spout together with the cap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
