<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an automatic warehouse adjacent to an apartment house such as a condominium, to house an article which need not be placed about a person at all times in the automatic warehouse, to widen a habitable space and to reduce the construction cost of the apartment house in an apartment house system with the automatic warehouse. <P>SOLUTION: In the apartment house system with the automatic warehouse, an automatic warehouse building 1 is constructed adjacent to an apartment house building 1, and a container caretaker's room 5 managing containers 6 housed on predetermined fixed racks 4 while entering and leaving the containers 6 is mounted.
