PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further compact constitution and to detect a pressing force at a higher accuracy. SOLUTION: A sleeve 12 with a taper is movably held in a holder 10 with the tip exposed, and a collet 14 is movably held in a first hole 13 of the sleeve 12. A cylinder 15 is disposed at the rear end of the sleeve 12, and a piston 16 engaged with the cylinder 15 is connected to the rear end of the collet 14. A pressing rod 23 is mounted to the rear end of the cylinder 15, and is pressed to a load detector 21 by a spring 24 as a pressurizing means. When work W1 clamped by the collet 14 is pressed onto partner work W2, the pressing force is detected by the load detector 21 via the collet 14, the sleeve 12 with the taper, and the pressing rod 23.
