PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the threshold voltage of a transistor automatically on a circuit. SOLUTION: A threshold level calculating circuit 3 and a threshold level correcting circuit 4 are provided on a semiconductor substrate 1 on which a transistor circuit 2 is formed. Threshold voltage of a transistor formed on the semiconductor substrate 1 is corrected by controlling the voltage of a variable voltage source 5 based on a threshold voltage calculated by the threshold level calculating circuit 3.
