PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an airtight terminal capable of grounding a shielded wire with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A conductive terminal unit 1 is provided with a conductive terminal 2 formed by airtightly fixing conductive terminal pins 5 to a metal plate 4 with insulation, and shielded wires 3 connected to the conductive terminal pins 5. The connecting part of the conductive pins 5 and core wires 3A of the shielded wires are covered with a conductive cover 7. An electrically insulating filler is 9 is filled in the cover 7 so as to cover the conductive terminal pins 5 and the shielded wires 3A. Also the conductive filler 9 is filled so as to cover a shield 3C of the shielded wires. The metal plate 4 of the conductive terminal unit 1 is mounted to a metal housing of electromotive compressor.With this construction, an insulation defect due to infiltration of water or the like can be prevented by covering a charging part with an electrically insulating filler material, and the shield can be grounded through the conductive filler material and the metal plate.
