摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition operation mechanism of a sliding type lighter for preventing unprepared ignition and ignition by erroneous use while maintaining superior operability. SOLUTION: A rotary locking member 50 having a locking part 50a is incorporated into a rear end part of a cap body 20a of an operation cap 20. The locking member 50 is energized in the slide operation direction by a spring, and is usually made to exist in a position for abutting to a stopper 52, and the locking part 50a is locked on a rear part of a lighter body 1 upper part. When forcibly rotating the locking member 50 in the opposite direction of the slide operation direction simultaneously with slide operation by adjusting a force adding condition of a fingertip, the locking part 50a slips out of a lighter body 1, and restriction of the slide operation is released so that the operation cap 20 can be slidingly operated up to a discharge ignition position.
