PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises generated by fluid flowing from a cage inside to the outside of the cage butting against a metal casing in a valve. SOLUTION: This low noise valve is provided with the metal casing 1 having a fluid guide part and delivery part, the cylindrical cage 2 disposed in the casing 1, and a valve plug 3 slidably provided in the cage 2. The cage 2 having a passage 20 comprising a plurality of through holes penetrating from the internal circumferential surface to the outer circumferential surface is characterized in that a spacer 4 formed of resin is disposed between the outer circumferential surface of the cage 2 and the inside face of the casing 1 and the fluid flowing from the inside of the cage 2 to the outside of the cage via the passage 20 is made to butt on the spacer 4.
