PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for efficiently manufacturing a paper cylindrical container and further reducing a cost. SOLUTION: Each flat paper A0 cut to a predetermined shape with a starting stock is rounded so as to bring edge sides a1 close to each other, and the paper is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, a paper tube A1 is formed by joining the edge sides a1 with each other. In addition, the paper tube A1 is subjected to the end face working that an end face in a cut condition is curled inward of the paper tube A1 at least on one end side, and an end face plate F is fitted to one end after the end face working to obtain a paper cylindrical container A. Use of a mandrel is completely eliminated from a manufacturing step of the paper cylindrical container A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
