PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically send out and supply a prescribed amount of roll-shaped toilet paper corresponding to the request of a user. SOLUTION: An automatic toilet paper supplier 10 is provided with a paper holder 11 provided so as to hold the roll-shaped toilet paper 1 to make a roll shaft 1x horizontal and send out the roll-shaped toilet paper 1, a paper tray 13 provided near the paper send-out part of the holder, and a paper send-out mechanism 100 for sending out the paper 1 for the prescribed amount to the tray according to the instruction of a user. The paper send-out mechanism is provided with motors (121 and 122) which perform a rotating operation over a prescribed period according to the instruction, send-out rollers (141 and 142) which send out the toilet paper 1 to the paper tray 13 by being rotationally driven, and a means for cutting the sent-out tail end 1b of the roll-shaped toilet paper 1 when the send-out rollers are stopped.
