<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system of a network configuration that copes with data communication beyond a firewall whereby a print result obtained in the case of image forming on the basis of image data can be easily viewed and used by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: an image reader having an image read means for reading an image from an original to obtain image data; a first information processing apparatus connected to the image reader; a first server connected to the first information processing apparatus; an image forming apparatus having an image forming means for forming an image on paper on the basis of the image data; a second information processing apparatus connected to the image forming apparatus; a second server connected to the second information processing apparatus, wherein the first and second servers are connected by a network; and a job data transfer means for transferring job data having the image data and processing information that is placed between the first and second servers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
