The principal axis (A) of light from a fiber forms an acute angle ( alpha ) with the horizontal axis of the light beam, which is greater than half the angle at the top ( beta ) of the single fiber beam (34). The end output parts (22) of the fibers (14) are situated below a horizontal plane (P), in a plane passing through the lower part of a reflecting surface (16). . <??>Optical system (10) for formation of a light beam along a horizontal axis, including a light source (12) and a series of fiber optics (14) which guide the light from the source to a reflecting surface (16). The surface is composed of a series of elementary reflectors (18). Each fiber has an light input end (20) and light output section (22) which emits light to an associated elementary reflector. The output section (22) has a transversal output face (32) situated at the free longitudinal end of the output section by which the light is guided by the fiber in the form of a thin beam conical beam (34) whose principal axis (A) is directed directly or indirectly towards the elementary reflector associated with the fiber. |
