PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner which improves the controllability and operability as the air-conditioner and suitable for the maintenance. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner with an indoor unit 3 and an outdoor unit 4 having a compressor connected to each other via a liquid pipe and a gas pipe comprises the indoor unit 3 and the outdoor unit 4 connected to a computer network 1 and a centralized control device 5 to control the air-conditioner, and controlled by selecting one of a plurality of control programs via the computer network 1.
