PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make gain adjustment automatic without measuring an output transmitting signal on an exterior side or setting manually the gain. SOLUTION: The gain adjusting circuit includes a comparator 17 for comparing output transmitting signals OUT1 and OUT2 in two systems in a transmitting system circuit 1, and reference voltage switching circuits 20, 21 for adjusting a gain difference of the output transmitting signals OUT1 and OUT2 by changing a reference voltage of DA converters 13, 14, which generates the output transmitting signals OUT1 and OUT2, on the basis of the compared result.
