摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and effectively measure the RRO (radial run out) of a breaker, using an eddy current type displacement sensor. SOLUTION: The RRO measuring method is composed of a step S1 in which the eddy current type displacement sensor is displaced from a reference position P1 tangential to a tread face by a distance Lmax to a maximum distant point Pn, at each displacement position Pi and, corresponding sensor output Vi and displacement distance Li and their correction data(Vi, Li ) are obtained; a step S2 in which a regression curve L=F(V) is obtained by regression analyzing the correction data (Vi, Li); a step S3 in which the eddy current type displacement sensor is fixed, while a tire is rotated, the RRO measurement data (θ, J) is obtained whereinθis a phase angle from a reference point O and J is a sensor output; a step S4 in which the sensor output J is substituted into the V in the regression curve L=F(V), the RRO measurement data is corrected into RRO correction data (θ, F(J)).
