PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform elevating device for securing an arrangement space for a rear bumper while avoiding interference between the loading platform to be drawn from under a floor of a body back to the body and the rear bumper. SOLUTION: The loading platform stored under the floor of the body can be drawn back to the body without colliding with the rear bumper by executing under-floor drawer driving processings (S23, S153) to control the drive of each hydraulic cylinder. As a result, the arrangement space for the rear bumper is secured at the rear part of the body and so no need exists for so removing the rear bumper or splitting it in plural as in a conventional loading platform elevating device. Thus, there are no lowering of the strength of the body or the bumper leading to sure safety and no increase in the number of parts constituting the rear bumper leading to less cost for parts and working cost, accordingly.
