PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head exhibiting a high print reliability by filling ink and removing a bubble surely even if the velocity of ink flow is lowered when suction is recovered due to a high flow resistance in an ink liquid chamber incident to reduction in the area of an ink ejection opening. SOLUTION: The angleθF between the front wall of the ink liquid chamber and a substrate is set to satisfy a relationθF>60°at a part just behind the ink nozzle part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
