PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive home shopping service provided in conjunction with EPG (electronic program guide) that allows a user to order service and goods related to EPG or a program schedule included in EPG.

SOLUTION: A home shopping device allows the user to order the goods from a central position in home by using a 1 step order process. This device includes a means that provides the user with an on-screen message that indicates a onetime action that allows the user to perform a goods order, and the means that orders the goods from the central position by answering the one-time action performed by the user.
