EVAPORATIVE PATTERN FOR CASTING OF DRAIN MANIFOLD PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative pattern for casting a drain manifold pipe which locates a dividing position between an upper body and a lower body above a connection hole with a branch pipe intake avoiding interference with flow of drain and filth from the branch pipe intake, and applies an insert type connection between the upper body and the lower body securing an easy and reliable workability for connection. SOLUTION: In the evaporative pattern for casting the drain manifold pipe which has a cylindrical pattern body with the branch pipe intake connecting hole 1 and also with a tapered pipe section 6 under the branch pipe intake connecting hole 1, the dividing position P between the upper body a and the lower body b is located above the branch pipe intake connecting hole 1 of the pattern body, and a connecting part of the upper body a is formed in a recessed profile 2 while a connecting part of the lower body b is formed in a projecting profile 20 to enable interlocking each other.
