<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket insurance contract system being a new insurance contract system for making all lessees substantially subscribe in an insurance, and for simplifying processing without necessitating any insurance agency in a lease contract. <P>SOLUTION: A real estate agent makes a sub-lease original contract with a lessor, and a blanket insurance contract is concluded between the real estate agent and an insurance company. Then, a blanket insurance contract identification code for specifying the blanket insurance contract is applied by an insurance management computer 42, and when a lease contract is concluded between the agent and a lessee, the lessee becomes the person insured, and the lessee identification code is associated with the blanket insurance contract identification code, and stored in a person insured database 422 of the insurance management computer 42, and the management of the person insured is carried out according to the both blanket insurance contract identification code and lessee identification code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
