PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet print head having a stable structure capable of improving the durability and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This inkjet print head comprises a substrate 100, a fluid passage plate 200 on which an ink chamber 210 and a fluid passage 107 connected to the ink chamber are formed, and a nozzle plate 300 having an orifice 310 formed thereon. A chamber cover layer 211 for covering the ink chamber and the fluid passage is provided to a portion between the nozzle plate and the fluid passage plate. A plurality of slots 213 corresponding to the ink chamber and/or fluid passage to be connected thereto are formed on the chamber cover layer. As a result of the above structure, it is possible to stabilize the structure of the inkjet print head and to improve the durability thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
