PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional sunshade with an excellent deodorizing function, more particularly, a functional sunshade that requires no base material protective layer, deodorizes the interior of a car by utilizing ultraviolet rays contained in the sunshine while preventing a temperature rise within the car by sunshine, and is excellent in adhesion and durability. SOLUTION: It is a functional sunshade provided with a coating film containing photocatalysts (A) and binder ingredients (B), or a sunshade provided with a film having the coating film containing photocatalysts (A) and binder ingredients (B), wherein the concentration of photocatalysts (A) in the coating film becomes higher in exposed surfaces than in the surfaces contacting the sunshade or film base material.
