PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pot capable of even fry cooking and steam cooking without making a nozzle become a hindrance when carrying food materials in and out. SOLUTION: A heating chamber 4 is arranged at the lower part of a pot body 1 whose upper part is opened and a connection pipe 12 connecting the inside and outside of the pot is attached to the upper part of the pot body 1. Then, a spray nozzle 10 is connected to the pot inner side end part of the connection pipe 12 and piping 11 for supplying liquid or steam is connected to the pot outer side end part of the connection pipe 12. Further, the spray nozzle 10 is made freely turnable so that the spray nozzle 10 can be arranged on the inside and outside of the pot. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
