PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber composition which improves processability, reinforcing properties, and abrasion resistance, a filler compounded masterbatch which is effectively used for the composition, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the natural rubber masterbatch comprises an amide bond decomposition step of decomposing the amide bond in a natural rubber latex and a step of mixing the latex after the amide bond decomposition step with a slurry solution obtained by dispersing a specific inorganic filler in water. Further, in the step of mixing the natural rubber latex with the slurry solution obtained by dispersing the specific filler in water in the method of manufacturing the natural rubber masterbatch, the filler in the water dispersion slurry solution has a specific particle size distribution. Furthermore, the natural rubber composition is obtained by using the above masterbatch, and a tire is obtained by using this natural rubber composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
