PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and shortly specify a part of train rolling exceeding a reference value by utilizing a GPS. SOLUTION: This system comprises a measuring device 1 for measuring a time change of train rolling, a GPS device 2 provided in a train for outputting position information, time information and speed information, a database 4 storing information for a plurality of reference positions on a track, and a data processor 3 for inputting measurement data from the measuring device and the position information, time information and speed information from the GPS device. The data processor finds the kilometrage of the train per time in accordance with the position information, time information and speed information from the GPS device and the information for the reference positions stored in the database, coordinates a time for train rolling exceeding the reference value to a time for the kilometrage and specifies the part of train rolling exceeding the reference value.
