PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent transmitter transmitting a horizontal direction nondirectional wave in a plurality of frequency bands of low frequencies. SOLUTION: The bent transmitter 1 is provided with a pair of metallic disks 2a and 2b which are oppositely disposed, disk-like vibration members 6a and 6b connected to the disks 2a and 2b, active vibrators 3a and 3b formed of piezoelectric porcelain buried on outer surface sides of the disks 2a and 2b, an O ring 5 sandwiched with edge parts of the disks 2a and 2b and spring bands 7 holding the disks 2a and 2b.
