PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an in-box effective internal volume of a showcase as large as possible in a limited outer shape dimension, to enhance the performance of a drain water evaporation device and to also enhance a maintainability of a machine chamber. SOLUTION: In the showcase with refrigerator built-in with multi-stage shelf, a suction duct 33 continued from a ceiling part to the machine chamber 31 is formed at a rear side of a back surface heat insulation panel 11b of the case, an upper end of this suction duct is communicated with a suction port 34 of an upper part of the ceiling and a lower end of the suction duct is communicated with the machine chamber 31 provided with an exhaust port 35 at a front surface respectively. A condenser 36 is disposed in the suction duct 33 at a back side of the back surface heat insulation panel, a compressor 37 is disposed at a rear side in the machine chamber and the drain water evaporation device 38 is disposed at a front side in the machine chamber respectively. An air fan 39 for the condenser is disposed at just rear side of the drain water evaporation device and at a front side of the compressor. Air is sucked from the suction port 34 at the upper part of the ceiling and is discharged from the exhaust port 35 at a front surface of the machine chamber through the inside of the suction duct 33 and the inside of the machine chamber 31.
