METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE MICROBIOLOGICAL AND PARTICULATE SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS OF A CRYOGENIC FLUID

The invention relates to a method for the microbiological and/or particulate sampling and analysis of a cryogenic fluid which is stored in, or supplied to, a chamber (1), in a pressurised liquid state. The inventive method consists of the following steps: the chamber is connected to a sampling and analysis device (2) comprising a selected filter which is compatible with the nature of the fluid to be analysed and the temperature and storage or supply pressure of the liquid to be sampled; a determined quantity of the cryogenic fluid in the liquid state is sent to the filter; and the filter is collected for microbiological and/or particulate analysis. The inventive method is used to sample and analyse cryogenic fluids for the food and pharmaceutical industries and in the fields of electronics and medicine.
