PURPOSE: A nursing bottle manufacturing method with pi-wave is provided to keep milk fresh and to prevent the smell of the nursing bottle and increase of harmful bacteria by radiating pi-wave from an ion chip inserted to the cap and the support. CONSTITUTION: A bottle(4), a cap fixing ring(3), a cap(2) and a bottle support are manufactured with polyethevsulfone through injection molding. An ion chip(1) is inserted and mounted to the internal groove of the cap of the nursing bottle, and an ion chip(5) is fitted to the internal groove of the bottle support. The cap is inserted to the bottle body, and assembled by the cap fixing ring. The cap is locked with turning clockwise to the thread of the bottle body. The bottle support is fitted to the T-shaped groove of the bottle body, and fixed by pushing up and turning. The assembled nursing bottle is packed with the plastic bag.
