PERMEABLE MORTAR USING HIGH STRENGTH POLYMER AND REPAIRING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are permeable mortar using a high strength polymer, which can prevent corrosion of concrete structures and improve performance, and a method of repair works using the mortar. CONSTITUTION: The permeable mortar comprises: a powder type A agent comprising 10% of calcium sulfonic aluminate, 50% of soluble micro silica, 3-5% of carboxyl methyl cellulose, 5% of kaolin, 3-5% of pulp powder; and 25% of an aqueous acryl polymer B agent with corrosion resistance. And the repairing method comprises the steps of: removing extraneous matters like dust and oil from the surface of an aged concrete structure; wetting the surface of the concrete structure with water fully; preparing the high strength polymer permeable mortar; applying a mixture of the mortar and cement to the surface of the concrete structure; and spraying water three times for three days.
